Florence Brasser Family Association (FBFA)

The Florence Brasser School has a very active and supportive Florence Brasser Family Association. The FBFA is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization and is Brasser Elementary School's equivalent of a PTA/PTO. All parents and guardians of children attending Florence Brasser as well as faculty, staff, and administrators are automatically members of the association at no cost. The mission of our Family Association is to promote the educational welfare of our children.

Florence Brasser Family Association Goals

  1. We provide civic engagement opportunities for families, staff, and the community to connect, listen, and learn from one another and strengthen the Brasser Bear family and community relations. We celebrate strong family-school partnerships as a necessary component to student academic and social emotional success.
  2. We strive to provide events and initiatives that are welcoming, inclusive of diverse backgrounds, and financially accessible.
  3. We work to recognize the contributions of all staff and to celebrate their dedication and professionalism.
  4. We support quality enrichment opportunities for all current Brasser students including, but not limited to: the creative arts, clubs, field trips, guest speakers, and activities both inside and outside classroom hours.
