Wicked Chaperone- Agreement and Payment Information
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your interest in chaperoning our grade 3 trip to see Wicked on Wednesday, February 25. We are happy to share that you have been chosen to serve as a chaperone (one adult per family).
Important Next Steps:
1. Complete the chaperone agreement form linked below
2. Submit the $45 payment in this ParentSquare post or drop off cash or check (payable to Gates Chili Central School District) to the Florence Brasser main office. This payment covers the cost of the chaperone ticket.
We ask that both of these steps be completed no later than Thursday, February 19. A ticket will only be held for you once payment is received. Tickets are non-refundable. If for some reason you are no longer able to be a chaperone, please let me know ASAP.
More information regarding the logistics of the evening will be coming next week.
